The Prescot Cables Players Fund has been relaunched, and we are inviting our loyal fanbase to join us in raising funds for manager Brian Richardson and his team to push us on even further.
With the prospect of a fourth successive Liverpool Senior Cup Final appearance on the horizon, paired with a challenge on this season’s playoffs, the club’s development on the pitch over the past few years has been extraordinary.
Memories that will last a lifetime have been created along the way – Senior Cup Final victories over Southport and Marine will stay with all of those who witnessed them, and we came within a whisker of promotion last season against all odds.
The Prescot Cables Players Fund is your opportunity to help us to get stronger year-on-year. Every penny raised by the Players Fund goes directly to the playing budget, allowing us to keep developing the squad by keeping our team together and investing in new players.
We ask fans who wish to join the Players Fund to set up a standing order of £10 or more per month to:
Account number: 10107767
Account name: Prescot Cables FC CIC
Sort code: 16-28-26
Please also include your name in the reference
Standing orders can be created through most online banking apps and websites, or by visiting your bank branch.
Supporters who are already signed up to the Prescot Cables Players Fund do not need to make any changes to their standing order.
Prescot Cables have enjoyed the highest attendances in the league this season – we are the only team to average over 400 fans at each home match. The power of our support is unquestionable, and with your continued commitment we hope to provide the squad with the funds it needs to take us to the next level.
£10 per month is less than the cost of a pint a week. Your support can not only help us to compete, but to challenge at the top end of the table and build a squad that can take us even further.
We also plan to publish a list of Players Fund contributors online and in the clubhouse, to say a special thank you for your continued support.
