Fans return to football – Prescot Cables v Radcliffe

We are delighted to announce that we will be making 200 tickets available for Saturday’s pre season friendly with Radcliffe, on a first come, first served basis. There will be 180 adult tickets at £6 and 20 u16 tickets for £2. Your details on purchasing, will be stored for track and trace, as per government advice.

Anyone who is showing symptoms or feeling unwell are advised not to attend the game and follow government guidelines. This also applies to anyone that feels vulnerable.

Kick off for the game will be 1.00pm, and the gates will be open from 12pm. You will be given an allocated timeslot between 12pm and 12:50pm to ensure there is not excessive queuing on either Hope Street or Eaton Street. You must arrive during the time frame given only! If you arrive outside of your allotted timeslot you may be refused entry with no refund.

This match is all ticket

Due to the current regulations and guidance with the Covid-19 pandemic, all ticket sales will be online only. We appreciate this may mean some people miss out, however with limited numbers allowed and track and trace procedures to follow, we feel this is the easiest and fairest way to initially get fans back into the IP Truck Parts Stadium. Especially given the limited amount of time to get organised for your return.

Tickets will be available from 6.00pm tomorrow (Friday 21st August 2020) on the following page on the website –

*Tickets*

If you are not lucky enough to secure a ticket, do not come to the ground. You WILL be turned away.

Matchday Facilities

We will also be running a bottle bar; the function room will be closed but the bottle bar will run from the main entrance. This will be a limited drinks selection, there will be no draught or craft ale! Contactless payments is the preferred method of payment!

Essential Information

The club’s designated COVID-19 Officer is Matt Roberts, who will be present at the match.

There will be a one way system in place around the ground, please follow this. Failure to follow could lead to spectators being escorted from the ground. Please note on the attached image, that the area behind the dugout will not be in use for fans. This area will be for access to the toilets and queuing for the bottle bar. The stand will also be closed, access will only be granted to both clubs’ media teams.

We have one chance to get this right, we need your support to ensure you do not crowd in more than groups of 6, and keep a minimum of 1 metre social distancing outside of your group. Failure to follow this could lead to sanctions from Knowlsey Council, the Northern Premier League and/or the FA. A lot of hard work has gone in behind the scenes, we now need you to support us and follow this.

We look forward to welcoming the fans into the ground to see the new management team in action.

For those who cannot attend, there will be live radio commentary and video highlights will also be available post game.

An updated risk assessment will be availabe on the website by 10pm tomorrow night.
